This brief three-song appearence marked the first time Brian had performed with The Beach Boys since September 1996, and with David Marks since late 1963. It should be noted that the mix in the hall that night was vastly superior to what went out on the TV feed, which hardly sounded like The Beach Boys at all.
2
| The band - with Jeff Foskett - sang the national anthem and "Surfer Girl". | |
3
|
For this iconic tour, the Beach Boys comprised the surviving principals - Brian, Mike, Alan, Bruce & David - backed by Brian's touring band plus Scott Totten & John Cowsill from Mike's band.
4
| The show was aired on May 26th. | |
5
| Nicky Wonder's last show of the C50 tour: he left due to ill-health. | |
6
| This show was filmed for the live DVD. | |
7
| This may have been for the remix of the "Isn't It Time" single. | |
8
| This is a remixed and partly re-recorded version of the album track. | |
9
|
Before this combined acoustic show/Q&A, the band were presented with triple platinum awards for Sounds Of Summer at the LA Grammy Museum's Beach Boys exhibit.
10
|
Amazingly, the first time the band have visited only England: strictly speaking, it should be a London tour.

An hour long concert recorded for BBC Radio 2, and aired the same evening: two days previously the "Mike sacks Brian, Alan & David" nonsense started in the wake of a press release stating that after the show on the 28th, Mike & Bruce would revert to touring on their own.
