That the album was mixed at the Capitol studios in Hollywood would seem to lay to rest the long-held belief that it was not sanctioned by the band and was in essence an 'official' bootleg concocted covertly by EMI in the UK. |

For this mini-tour of the Pacific northwest, Brian replaced Mike, who was hospitalised following an ill-advised fast. |
3

Although the title for this Brian-produced project has been stated as Cows In The Pasture, Fred has denied it. The tracks marked with * had vocals recorded for them. |
4
| Cancelled due to poor ticket sales |
5
| This week-long engagement was extended due to popular demand. |

This was actually the showcase for The Flame (not at The Whiskey as has long been assumed), but after they'd finished, Brian, Carl, Marilyn, Ricci Martin, Billy Hinsche and Diane Rovell joined them onstage for a "guest jam". The club was in fact just in back of Big Guss Hot Dog Stand on Santa Monica Blvd. |

The only musician at this session was Moog player Bernie Krause. Originally this was thought to be a session for "Cool, Cool Water", but as the song was mixed nearly two weeks earlier, that's highly unlikely. |

9
| Dennis was not present as he was filming Two Lane Blacktop. |
10
| Brian played the first night and the first show of the second night. |

Although The Flame were advertised as the support at both Fiesta Night Club residencies, they never left London: a contemporary Melody Maker advert shows they played the following clubs on these dates: Nov. 28th, Nov. 30th-Dec. 4th at Revolution... Nov. 29th at Blaises and Dec. 5th at The Marquee. |
